Project/Account Manager

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating IT projects, acting as the main point of contact between the company and our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing projects from initial planning through implementation and delivery

  • Coordinating teams of developers, designers, and other stakeholders

  • Maintaining daily communication with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions

  • Preparing progress reports and ensuring adherence to project timelines

  • Identifying opportunities for further business growth and long-term partnerships


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Project Management or Account Management in IT/software projects)

  • Strong knowledge of project management processes and tools

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships

  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset

  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken


Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, GoodDay)

  • Experience in B2B sales or account development
