Questions we get asked
Where is the data hosted?
You choose the location: virtual servers in Greece or in Germany. For your own equipment there is colocation.
How much does it cost?
VPS, hosting and storage have published prices in the my.cloudon.gr store and can be ordered online. For private cloud and managed IT we send a quote after the assessment.
Do you also keep backups?
Yes, as a separate Backup & Restore service — designed so that restoring actually works in practice, not just so that a copy exists.
