Do I have to change my ERP?
PharmacyOne is an add-on built on SoftOne ERP. If you already run SoftOne, it goes on top; if not, we set up the ERP as well — Cloud On is an official SoftOne partner.
Does it keep up with EOPYY changes?
Yes. The software updates automatically with every change in the regulatory framework, for all insurance funds (EOPYY is Greece’s national health insurer).
Does it work outside the pharmacy?
Yes — it’s cloud-based. You can access it from anywhere.
