Nous is a standalone AI web application that connects to your business ERP — today SoftOne — and gives you answers, alerts and ready-made reports from your real, live data. Instead of “print me a report and put it in Excel”, you simply ask — and instead of discovering problems at the end of the month, Nous alerts you first thing in the morning.

Supplier invoices come in from myDATA (the Greek tax authority’s e-invoicing platform) and are posted to SoftOne without any typing. Alongside, a purchasing advisor for unsold stock and tied-up capital.

Prices and pricing policies

Questions we get asked
Does it need installing?
No. It opens in the browser, and as an app on phones and tablets.
Does it change anything in my SoftOne?
Only what you approve, and every change can be undone. The assistant only reads; anything that changes data goes through user approval and is logged.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Customer and supplier names are pseudonymised before they reach the AI model. Two-factor authentication (2FA), roles and permissions per user, a full activity history, and your SoftOne login credentials are stored encrypted. GDPR-compliant — the data controller is CLOUDON I.K.E., privacy@cloudon.gr.
